Once you have submitted the return request, you will be contacted via email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions from one of our representatives. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable food items or personalized merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. When we receive your returned item, please allow 1-2 weeks from date of receipt for a credit to your card for the cost of the item only. We do not refund shipping.

Due to the shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 restrictions in some areas, please allow 30 days for your order to arrive after you have received your tracking information. If 30 days have passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us.
Please check around areas of your residence to see if it was placed somewhere other than your normal location. Also ask neighbors if they received your package. If you are in an apartment or a condo, check with your management office. We are not able to credit for orders that our carriers mark as delivered.
